While we rarely get collaborations between idols, there are tons of iconic friendships that fans love. From TXT’s Yeonjun and Ateez’s Wooyoung, and the 97 liners to WJSN and GFriend’s bantering to TWICE and Somi’s constant support of each other, fans find it endearing. We have another legendary trio with SHINee’s Taemin, EXO’s Kai and VIXX’s Ravi. With Taemin still in the military, the next to enlist is VIXX’s Ravi. But it seems that he is making the most of his time before he enlists including hanging out and going on dates with Kai.

Well, on June 13, EXO fans wondered who Kai was with as he uploaded photos of himself on Instagram and Bubble. EXO-Ls loved his casual look as the idol is seen in an all-black outfit including a cap, sheer top and jacket. However, there was a person in a white tee and ripped jeans next to him that he cropped out. With VIXX’s Ravi also posting photos at the same time in the same outfit, fans wondered if the person Kai had cropped out was him.

Ravi and Kai banter over cropped photo

Ravi later ended up putting up the full photo on his Instagram confirming that it was him with Kai. He jokingly called out Kai by his real name Jongin and captioned it as, “That’s so sweet of you to crop me without asking but I think everyone knows it’s me, Jongin-ah.” EXO and VIXX fans loved the bantering as Kai then responded by saying that even his nephew could recognize Ravi despite being cropped out since he is the only friend who always wears a gold watch. Ravi then pulled Kai’s leg by saying, “How did you know how to use the repost [feature], I thought you originally didn’t know how to? And you even changed the font color.”
