Chyler Leigh's journey to 'Grey's Anatomy' began with comedic roles in films like 'Not Another Teen Movie' and the short-lived That '80s Show'. But in 2005, she landed a dramatic turn as Lexie Grey, Meredith's half-sister, on 'Grey's Anatomy;.
