Netflix drops 'Emily in Paris' Season 3 trailer, Lily Collins' character back with messy love triangle
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'Emily in Paris' is back with a juicier trailer for the third season! Earlier this year, during the Netflix virtual fan event, the creators showed a snippet of the disastrous life Collin's Emily is leading. However, the new trailer of 'Emily in Paris' Season 3 shows the titular character back in the city of lights with a new look and a complicated love and career life.
In case, you remember the second season of 'Emily in Paris' ended on a cliffhanger and showed how Emily (played by Lily Collins) was left with a decision to make whether to stay with her old boss Madeline or join Sylvie in her new company. Everything, however, changes in the newest season of the Netflix series. As if work wasn't pressurizing enough, Emily seems to be still in a lusty love triangle with steamy chef Gabriel (Lucas Bravo) and dapper Brit Alfie (Lucien Laviscount). After finally finding a place for herself overseas now will she leave the city which she always desired? Read more to find out.

In the trailer Emily can be seen torn between her loyalty to Madeline at Savoir and Sylvie’s new business venture, so instead of making a decision about where she wants to work, Emily secretly pulls double duty. Although on the romance front, the trailer features Emily sharing intimate moments with both Gabriel and Alfie, signaling that the love triangle is still very much going on despite Gabriel’s “friend” remark in the end. Safe to say, Selena Gomez's song, 'My Dilemma' is a perfect fit for Emily's current situation.
As per the season's official synopsis, "Emily will have to decide exactly where her loyalties lie - at work and in her romantic life and what those decisions mean for her future in France, all while continuing to immerse herself in the adventures and surprising twists and turns that life in Paris provides."
Apart from Emily and her love interests, the series also stars Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu, Ashley Park, Lucas Bravo, Samuel Arnold, Bruno Gouery, Camille Razat, William Abadie. The Netflix series created by Darren Star, 'Emily in Paris' premiered on Netflix in October 2020. Since its premiere, it has achieved multiple Emmy nominations, as well as Golden Globe nods. The show has already been renewed for Season 4.
Emily in Paris' Season 3 is set to premiere on December 21, 2022.
