When Mia and Gordon Thornton's therapist inquired how the spouses have been when it comes to their closeness, Mia made a shocking revelation: She nearly didn't marry Gordon since he reportedly lacks a romantic side.
Gordon added that Mia is frequently on her phone, so attempting to touch or console her makes him feel "like a bit of a plague." "I think that the difference between the two of us, in my opinion, is that you want me to change," Gordon stated, to which Mia responded that she just wants Gordon to return to who he was when they first married in 2012.
Mia eventually separated from Gordon in the summer of 2023, although as 'RHOP' Season 8 shot, she stated that she was "committed" to making their marriage work.
