BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA: Josh Altman is a well-known real estate agent and television personality with a whopping net worth of $40 million, as per Celebrity Net Worth. He gained fame for his appearance on the show 'Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles' and is part of a real estate company with his wife Heather and brother Matt Altman.

In the latest episode of 'Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles' Season 15, the property in question was a $48 million home in the Benedict Canyon area, owned by Josh's friend Max Nobel, who is known for his luxurious designs and finishes.

Despite the slow market, Max was eager to sell the home and move on to his next project, looking for a new property in Beverly Hills. Josh realized he needed to act quickly if he wanted to secure the listing before Max made a deal with someone else.

Josh took his client Max to a home being built on Sunset Boulevard, but Max and his partner Emil were not impressed. They were concerned that even though the permits were already processed, it would still take two years to build, the same amount of time it would take if they had to get permits themselves. Josh was aware that they wanted a standout property, but he knew it would be difficult to find one in the current market.

Josh presented Max and Emil with a new rebuild listing in Bel Air that they were excited about. The property had a stunning view and met all their criteria. Max was eager to start designing, and envisioning glass bridges.

The Bel Air listing was priced at $25 million, with potential for a $150 million sale after rebuilding. Emil was cautious, but Max was enthusiastic. Josh was optimistic about the deal, but there were no guarantees.

Who is Max Nobel on 'Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles' Season 15?

During the episode, Josh provided an explanation about Max Nobel, a developer who is the proud owner of Nobél, a design and build firm.

"We met about a decade ago, we've been doing deals since, and he's one of my top clients. He is probably the single most talented designer/builder that I've ever seen, hands down," Josh shared in a confessional.

The real estate mogul went on to say, "Max is basically what built the Altman Brothers. Just in a year alone, I could have over $100 million in sales just with him ... That's called a whale of a client."

'MDLLA' Season 15 star Josh Altman sheds light on real estate market changes

During the episode, Josh Altman discussed the shifts and fluctuations in the real estate market. He delved into the various changes that have taken place, providing insight and analysis on how these developments are impacting both buyers and sellers in the industry. Armed with this knowledge, he dedicated himself to the task of securing the ideal property for Max.

"I've been pounding the pavement. I've gotta find the next deal before we're done with the previous deal and to be honest with you, it's a different market out there. Inventory is low. It's slim pickings for developers, and, of course, expectations are high," Josh shared.

The 'MDLLA' agent added, "Because of the current market conditions, there's not a lot of inventory. Sellers are reluctant. If I don't show them something soon, they're going to lose faith in me. That I lose sleep over at night."

Josh took Max to another house that was within his $25 million budget after the first one failed to retain his interest. The developer was ecstatic.

"Let's move forward as fast as we can. Let's make it work," Max told Josh.
