'MDLLA' Season 15 star Tracy Tutor takes on Island Vista listing
Tracy Tutor has recently taken over Heather and Josh Altman's Island Vista listing. The real estate agent decided to drop its price and take on a $3.4 million listing in the valley. The bode was priced lower because of its location. The vista was located in Studio City, surrounded by apartment buildings, and has been on the market for over 30 days.
The sellers created content from home and weren't aware they were under a flight path, so they listed it under what they paid. However, Tracy came up with a plan to reshoot the home and then bring it back to the market at the same price.
