LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles' Season 15 has finally premiered and and the first episode featured some impressive properties, including a $15,888,888 listing causing tension between Josh Altman and Josh Flagg.

The Altman Brothers and another agent were seen co-listing the property on Readcrest, which was showcased during an open house. The house had been listed for an extended period of time before Josh and Heather Altman took over, so numerous other agents had already viewed it. 

"I went on that listing appointment a year and a half ago. I mean, who hasn't seen Readcrest? I'm sure James [Harris] and David [Parnes] were there. Maybe Fredrik [Eklund]," Tracy Tutor shared in an episode interview.

Flagg was not happy that Altman had the listing for Readcrest, as they had both been on the listing appointment together. Tracy later inquired if Flagg planned to attend Altman's open house for the property, but he immediately dismissed the suggestion.

"I'm not supporting someone who f***ng hijacked the listing that we went on together. F**k that," he replied.

'MDLLA' Season 15 star Josh Flagg reveals 'he was butt-hurt' by Josh Altman's actions 

Tracy was a little confused by Flagg's story and she asked, "You went with him? So why are you not on it?"

Josh Flagg mentioned that Altman failed to notify him that he was not included on the listing, and he only discovered this when he saw it on the MLS.

"That was the part that I was so butt-hurt about," Flagg told Tracy.

"Usually when you go on an appointment with somebody as a co-listing agent, you stick to it," he shared in a confessional.

The 'MDLLA' realtor added, "There are 100 times that I've gone on listing appointments with Josh, and we've teamed up together... I actually value the relationship and conduct myself in the way that I would want him to and I see that he's not playing by the same rules. That's when it bothers me, and it hurts my feelings."

'MDLLA' Season 15 star Josh Altman talks about 'having issues' with Josh Flagg

Josh Altman later recounted his version of events to Tracy during their conversation in the episode. "I'm having some issues with Flagg," he said.

The real estate mogul added, "We went on a listing appointment together because that was when we were super tight. I kept in touch with that lady, and she called me up. She's like, 'Hey, now's the time. I want to co-list with you.' And I asked her straight up, I was like, 'What about Flagg?'... She said straight up, 'I just want you.'"

When Tracy inquired Altman if he told Flagg about the whole situation, he explained, "I did not call him and tell him that because, honestly, I forgot. I literally forgot."

Tracy expressed her belief that Altman's decision not to reach out to Flagg was a mistake, stating that he should have simply picked up the phone and called him.

 During an interview, Altman elaborated on the situation, revealing that his emotions regarding the friendship went beyond just the listing drama.

"Everything that I've done for Flagg, which has been all me doing for Flagg, none coming back to me. Now he's saying, 'You stole Readcrest from me.' Bro, I've put a lot of time and energy into that friendship. It's disappointing. It's a bummer," he said.
