BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA: During Episode 4 of 'Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles' Season 15, Tracy Tutor discussed her recent breakup with fitness trainer Erik Anderson. The two of them split in 2023 due to their differing desires for children, as well as Erik's flirtatious behavior with other women online.
Despite living and training together, Tracy and Erik ultimately decided to part ways. In the episode, Tracy reflected on the adjustment to being alone after coming home to Erik each day, highlighting the emotional toll of the breakup.
After Josh Flagg extended the invitation for Tracy to have a sleepover with him, Tracy politely declined, expressing her desire to embrace solitude and confront her emotions head-on.
"I'm embracing being alone and I'm facing it, you know? We had a very honest, very deep, crack-your-heart-open kind of conversation and, you know, I essentially said, 'Look. You know my history, you know my triggers.' It definitely hurt, but I don't qualify it as cheating and stuff like that," she said.
On the other hand, Josh doesn't see the whole situation in the same light and he shared, "For me, personally, in my relationship, flirting with somebody over a webcam would never fly for me. I'm a romantic guy. I like a traditional marriage, okay? No webcam, no OnlyFans, none of that sh*t. Porn's fine."
'MDLLA' star Tracy Tutor remains on good terms with ex Erik Anderson
Despite their past relationship, 'Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles' star Tracy Tutor and her ex-boyfriend Erik Anderson who had a 19-year age gap continue to be on good terms. Tracy and Erik ended their relationship amicably, allowing them to remain friends even after their split. In fact, Tracy even sell a condo to Erik.
"We’re good. We’re approaching one year of transitioning our relationship into more of a friendship," the real estate agent told Bravo.
Tracy is aware that many people may not comprehend her decision to keep Erik in her life. Nevertheless, she explained that given their current single status, they have been able to maintain a friendship.
"Some people might say, 'How the heck do you get over somebody if they’re sort of in your life every day?' And, the truth is, we maintained that friendship, and I won’t say that every day was easy. There are certainly moments and challenges, but he brought a lot of wonderful things to my life for the past three-and-a-half years," she said.
Who is 'MDLLA' star Tracy Tutor's ex-husband?
Tracy Tutor was previously married to residential contractor Jason Maltas for 13 years from 2004 to 2018. The couple resided in Brentwood, Los Angeles and had two daughters together. In February 2018, Tracy filed for divorce citing "irreconcilable differences." Maltas briefly appeared on the 'Million Dollar Listing' franchise before their marriage began to deteriorate. Tracy later revealed on the eleventh season of the show that the most difficult aspect of the divorce was not being able to spend as much time with her children.
