‘Summer House’ 10 Episode 12 features West Wilson’s awkward apology to Ciara Miller as tensions boil over
‘Summer House’ Season 10 Episode 12 featured private conversations between West Wilson and Ciara Miller. One of these conversations started with West telling her that his apology would take only “30 seconds.” West went to talk to Ciara in her room, and he apologized to her for being a “s**tty friend”. He reflected on their friendship and hoped that he hadn’t “f**ked up” what the duo had built.
The next day, West and Ciara sat down for another private conversation. “I think it’s been two years of nothing really being said. I’m almost scared to be nice to you or like, scared to be myself around you,” said Ciara. She also spoke about the events of the past few weeks and said it felt “weird.” “Coz, it’s like, the very thing that I was afraid of, happened. And you sat right next to me and didn’t see me,” added Ciara. This refers to ‘Summer House’ Season 10 Episode 11, during which West was sitting next to Ciara when one of his female friends arrived and sat on his lap. The two shared some intimate moments and also kissed. Ciara noted that this was “triggering” for her. West acknowledged that putting her in that position was “f**ked up” and apologized to her.
Ciara also recalled West’s comments to the media and how it felt like the “nail in the coffin.” Despite her not wanting to bring up such things, she said it felt as if he “downplayed our entire relationship.” She added, "The wording exactly, 'We’re not each other’s people.' I did really consider you my best friend. I feel like we had such a great friendship, and I think that’s the part that was so hurtful about it. Because I don’t call people my best friend lightly." She almost got emotional as she mentioned that she didn’t expect such behavior from West. He told her that this made him really sad. He added that he felt "under attack" and, since the duo was not speaking at the time, "naturally I tried to defend myself."
During their conversation, Ciara also apologized to him for not replying to his texts and not being there for him. “I take accountability for when I wasn’t there when you needed me there,” she said. Ciara also talked about how the situation would have been a “lot simpler” without cameras and fans around them. West added that everyone had been “talking s**t” about the duo, and the 'Summer House' star told him that she missed him as her friend. Both of them got emotional as she shared that she didn’t want everyone to “talk s**t” about them or him, because West was not a bad person. "Can we just be best friends again?" Ciara said as she broke down, and the two hugged.
