Bravo has released a six-minute sneak peek of 'Summer House' Episode 12, titled 'Boys of Summer,' set to air on April 21. The clip from the latest episode shows the housemates heading out for a wild night of partying and also depicts the budding romance between KJ Dillard and Dara Levitan. 'Summer House' centers around a group of New Yorkers who leave their busy, city lives behind to spend their weekends relaxing at a summer house in the Hamptons. Season 10 premiered on February 3 on Bravo and introduced new housemates alongside the show's returning cast. Dillard, a professional skateboarder and model, joined the latest season with the beauty influencer Levitan and several others. Sparks began to fly between the two during the Renaissance party in episode 5, and they started dating soon after.

In the clip, Dillard is seen gushing over Levitan, “I’ve never liked a girl this much. This is different.” He opens up about his inner conflict by saying, “I’m someone who needs to protect himself because I’ve been hurt very badly in the past, both in relationships and friendships, so I do have a wall up in the back of my mind. But when someone comes along, maybe that person is for you, and you have that wall up, then you ruin it unintentionally. I don’t wanna do that with Dara.”

Furthermore, Season 10 of 'Summer House' was filmed in the summer of 2025, when Amanda Batula and her husband of four years, Kyle Cooke, were in the midst of a separation. The duo has been seen butting heads and having several tense conflicts in past episodes of this season. Another preview from episode 12, released by Bravo on April 16, shows Cooke "for the first time in a long time, having fun." He is seen telling his housemate that he's "feeling a little more light-hearted, a little like myself — and it’s 'cuz my wife's nowhere to be seen." The couple officially announced they were ending their marriage on January 19 of this year, after filming wrapped on Season 10.

Later in the video, Cooke remarks on his marital woes, calling it a "rude awakening," before adding, "it makes me realize just how effed we really are." He also confides in Ben Waddell about feeling judged during the worst time of his life. But Waddell assures his friend, "I’ve seen what you are going through; don’t think that I am judging you about anything. Everyone goes through troubles with business and relationships. I’m not looking at that going, 'That’s who you are.' Mate, I know exactly who you are."

The episodes from Season 10 also showcase the growing closeness between Batula and West Wilson, Cooke's best friend. Batula and Wilson confirmed that they were dating on March 31, after months of speculation, sending shockwaves across Bravo Nation. Wilson had briefly dated Batula's best friend and housemate, Ciara Miller, in 2023, further complicating their dynamics. New episodes of 'Summer House' drop on Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo.
