LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Recent months have not been good for Netflix, as the hugely popular streaming service has experienced problems with its finances and criticism in several areas. The majority of users criticized the giant's decision to ban password sharing while many questioned its show renewal process. To add to the horror, the streaming giant just released a new list of shows that would be canceled. 'Warrior Nun' is among the shows on the list.

In order to urge Netflix to #SaveWarriorNun and produce a third season, a group of fans in Los Angeles joined forces to purchase a billboard next to the company's headquarters. The buyers have stated that it will run for 4 weeks and have released pictures to demonstrate how it will be visible from the corner of Sunset Blvd and Van Ness every day to half of the Netflix office.

‘Netflix correct your mistake’ trends as ‘Warrior Nun’ fans want streamer to bring back canceled series

"I went to see the billboard today. Right across from Netflix HQ. You are the best fans in the world." 'Warrior Nun' creator Simon Barry responded to the billboard as well, saying, "Incredible!! I’m stunned and beyond impressed. You guys are next level!"

'Warrior Nun' fans are not just battling to keep the show alive with the billboard which has caught the eyes of millions. Almost 110,000 people have signed a Change.org petition that was started in December asking for the series to be renewed for a third season. Fans of 'Warrior Nun' have also succeeded in making it a trend on Twitter using the hashtags "#SaveWarriorNun" and "NETFLIX CORRECT YOUR MISTAKE."

Although Netflix has not complied with requests to renew 'Warrior Nun', there is still a chance that the show can be saved by fans. Viewers could influence the streaming service to grant them some closure or they might also persuade another platform to take a gamble. For Season 3, some have proposed alternative platforms like Hulu might take over, following the example of how networks and streaming services brought back popular canceled shows like 'Manifest', 'Girls5Eva', and 'Minx'. Either way, it'll be really interesting to see the chain of events that are likely to follow.
