Jared Padalecki makes a comeback for Season 2 of the 'Walker' series, for a reboot, starring alongside Lindsey Morgan and Molly Hagan

'Walker' is a well-renowned crime-drama TV series, which airs on The CW. The same is a reboot of the 1990s western drama series called 'Walker, Texas Ranger'. The reboot first premiered in January of 2021 and in the following month, the series was renewed for a second season. For the longest time, The CW managed to keep their star, Jared Padalecki, as the showstopper by making him the lead of 'Walker'. 

The CW's reboot of 'Walker, Texas Ranger', starring Padalecki, was a huge hit in Season 1 of the series. The show had the most-watched season premiere on The CW, and even hit the highest number of viewers in the last four years! Although there are quite notably some mixed reviews with critical, fans definitely seem to be getting a kick from the action series. 'Walker' is a new and improved reboot of the Chuck Norris classic 'Walker, Texas Ranger'. For those who like shows with jaw-dropping, dangerous lawmen, here's your cue to tune in!

When does 'Walker' release and where can you watch it?

Season 2 of 'Walker' is scheduled to premiere on Tuesday, October 28, 2021, at 8 pm ET. It will be available to stream on The CW. 

What is 'Walker' all about?

The official synopsis reads: "A widowed father returns to Austin after one year, attempting to reconnect with his children, navigate clashes with his family, and find common ground with his new partner, while growing increasingly suspicious of his wife's death".

Jared Padalecki as Walker

Jared Tristan Padalecki is a popular American actor and was born and raised in Texas. He is best known for playing the role of Sam Winchester in the series 'Supernatural'.  Padalecki rose to stardom after making appearances on the highly acclaimed TV series, 'Gilmore Girls', and also made a mark in the film industry with 'New York Minute', and 'House of Wax'. In 2000, he moved to LA, California to pursue a career in acting, instead of attending the University of Texas after graduating from high school.

Lindsey Morgan as Micki Ramirez

Lindsey Morgan is best known for starring as mechanic Raven Reyes on the sci-fi drama series, 'The 100'. Being one of the Latinas in the business, Morgan has climbed her way up to build an impressive career for herself, be it on television or in films. Morgan also gained equal popularity for her recent role as Ranger Micki Ramirez on The CW's 'Walker', a 2021 reboot of the TV series, 'Walker, Texas Ranger'. 

Molly Hagan is also part of the cast.
