Both live a depressing life and now they only each other. ‘An Unfinished Line’ is an extraordinary story about grief and how people help each other through their lives. Lopez and Redford give impeccable performances, with the singer-turned-actress receiving a lot of praise for her nuanced performance.

4) 'My Family' (1995)

This 1995 movie was the third feature film that Lopez was a part of and was also her first major theatrical release. It was a special feeling for her and a lot of people had a lot of expectations from it. It certainly exceeded all expectations and garnered positive reactions. ‘My Family’ chronicles the journey of three generations of Mexican-American families and focuses on various dynamics of a family. Lopez portrays the role of Maria Sanchez, an American citizen who mistakenly gets deported to Mexico and marries Jose. At first, she was really skeptical, but as the movie progresses, she gets to know about the loving family of Jose and starts living a happy life with them.

3) 'Out of Sight' (1998)

Clooney plays the role of a bank robber who kidnaps a US Marshall (Lopez) and finds himself getting attracted to her. She did good comedy and turned up the heat with an amazing performance opposite Clooney.

2) 'Selena' (1997)

1) 'Hustlers' (2019)

In ‘Hustlers’, Lopez played an exotic dancer named Ramona Vega who, along with her former friend Destiny (Constance Wu), start a new job where they drug men and steal money from their credit cards. The movie went on to become a gigantic hit and many publications put it in their Top 10 lists. Lopez was considered to be the shining star of the movie and everyone applauded her performance. She went on to receive a Best Supporting Actress nomination at the Golden Globes and SAG Awards.
