LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'The Umbrella Academy' on Netflix has become the topic of discussion on the internet after the series got over with its third season. Not only is the show really great, but it also gives the audience a chance to think over things that have happened in the season and come out with theories about the future of the show. Season 3 ended on a cliffhanger and transported the surviving members to another timeline without their powers. 'The Umbrella Academy' came a long way to realize that the enemy that they have to fight is actually their father, Sir Reginald Hargreeves, whose entire plan of adopting the kids and grooming them was a way to use their powers to fulfill his strenuous plan.

After Season 3 ended, the internet was flooded with many theories of Reginald Hargreeves being an alien and him having to do something in the creation of the universe. But, the theory that stood out, and the one which will blow your mind, is about a team member still having their powers.

Which team member still has their powers?

After the timeline reset by the end of Season 3, the team members were taken from their current timeline and into a different timeline. The transport was so strong that it took away all their powers. But @khushleen_gill - a user on Reddit suggests that Allison Hargreeves still has her powers, making her the only member to still have them. The last time Allison was on the show, she was going to her house, when her daughter recognized her and hugged her. Even her husband from the 1960s, Ray, was there as well. The entire scene confirmed the fact that Reginald has kept his promise and given Allison what she desired. Except that, there are many instances in the season finale that point out the fact that Allison is the only one who ended up with her powers.

When the team members were transported through the elevator into another timeline, they realized that their wounds have been healed, but shockingly their powers were gone. Deigo's fingers were recovered, Five got back both his arms again, Luther didn't have an ape-like lower body anymore and looked like a human again. But, Allison still had her wounds, pointing to the fact that the reset didn't affect her and didn't take away her powers.

What's the purpose of Allison still having her powers?

Allison was brought to the show as a villain in Season 3 and the production was criticized for it. As you might be aware of the fact that whatever Hargreeves did in the 1960s, affected the current timeline, that is 2019. It is shown that in 2019 everything seemed different, Reginald was alive and had adopted six other children, and ben and have created The Sparrow Academy in the process. When Harlan kept some of Victor's powers, that led to 'The Umbrella Academy' never being born in the current timeline. The entire timeline switch changed many things for the members, which meant that Allison's daughter, Claire, wasn't hers. This turn changed Allison and made her the villain, when she got to know that Harlan was responsible for the major shift in the timeline, she didn't think twice before killing him.

The major change of Allison being left with her powers might be her chance at redemption. The future of 'The Umbrella Academy' and its members are in the hands of Allison, and it seems like she might be the only one who can bring back the powers of her siblings and defeat Reginald.
