ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA: Tamra Judge of 'The Real Housewives of Orange County' has replied to Rick and Kelly Leventhal's claims that Tamra and Eddie Judge do not own the brand, Vena CBD. They say that the Vena CBD products are manufactured by Medterra, the parent firm and that influencers can sign up to receive a sample.

In January 2019, the 'RHOC' blonde stunner and her husband launched their CBD company, VENA Wellness. Tamra hinted in 2019 that she and her husband are working on an innovative idea to promote heart health with CBD. Eddie has had his fair share of heart-health issues in 2018, but is now, thankfully, on the mend, according to The Real Housewives of Orange County. The pair issued a statement outlining the origin of their new business in an Instagram post on January 12, 2019, that appeared on Vena Wellness' account as well as Eddie and Tamra's.

"Vena Cava refers to the two largest veins in the human body that carry blood to the heart. Inspired by these powerful vessels, we develop VENA Wellness products with love and passion from the bottom of our hearts to provide the natural power of CBD to your system in its purest form. We believe your body deserves the highest quality which is why our CBD is grown and extracted in the USA and contains zero THC. @venawellness launching next week," the statement read. The Orange County duo was photographed strolling down a sunny boulevard hand in hand.

Eddie revealed further details about the upcoming line on January 13, 2019. "At Vena Wellness, we take great pride in providing our clients with only the best CBD. All of our products are third-party lab tested to ensure that you’re getting the purest, high-quality CBD every time you use a Vena Wellness product," he revealed.

Years later, Tamra's 'RHOC' co-star Kelly Dodd and her husband Rick Leventhal accused Tamra of not owning Vena CBD on their podcast. Vena CBD was founded as a subsidiary of Medterra, the bigger firm that manufactures and sells CBD products, according to the couple. They pulled out the company's LLC, which apparently didn't include any mention of the Judges as co-founders. Rick and Kelly highlighted their own examples of co-founding enterprises under public domain LLCs. Rick notes that while the Judges may be the firm's face, Vena, or get money when they sell a product, they do not own the company.

While reading off of the Our Story page of Vena that said, "Created by Eddie & Tamra Judge, Vena was born from the passion to make high quality CBD accessible to everyone," Kelly quipped that the Judges didn't make the products. She went on to say that Tamra and Eddie lacked the research, intellectual property, and distribution for the products. She also referred to the Judges as "liars."

Rick went on to say that while the Judges may have "created elements" of it and claimed ownership of it, "it's not theirs, they are just the faces of it." He goes on to say that Medterra allows influencers to put their names and faces on white-label items. They read from Medterra's official website, which reveals the CBD products they offer, and allege Tamra is selling the same items under different labels.

Tamra issued a statement on Twitter in response to Rick and Kelly's claims. Her post stated, "Nothing like addressing a little crazy to wrap up the year, not to mention I just got out of surgery. Anyone that has any experience in running a company is fully aware that LLC ownership does not equate to who is publicly listed. Most LLCs use a registered agent so there is no personal information available publicly." She continued, "I can assure you that I am in fact an owner of Vena. As every partner (retail and online) of Vena is already aware, Vena is a joint venture between Eddie and myself with Medterra CBD."

Returning to Kelly and Rick's claims, she stated, "To have someone go after our business that we have worked so hard at is disgusting. I highly recommend you be very careful."

Kelly and Rick have yet to reply to Tamra's statement, however, it should be noted that Kelly Dodd previously disclosed in June of this year that she deleted her Twitter account due to "trolls."
