ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA: The divorce is not being easy on 'Real Housewives of Orange County' star Braunwyn Windham-Burke and her ex-husband Sean Burke. Both have been conflicted over the custody of their children as each one demands separate things. Sean wants joint legal and physical custody of the children, while Braunwyn is requesting only primary custody with Sean.

Braunwyn wants her children to live with her and wants Sean to receive a permit for only visitation, according to the legal documents obtained by Radar Online. Besides asking for primary custody of their seven children, Hazel, Jacob, Caden, Curren, Koa, Bella, and Rowan, Braunwyn is also asking for financial support from Sean.

Braunwyn Windham-Burke slammed for sharing details about 'wild sex' with girlfriend

Sean filed a response in Orange County Superior Court, listing the date of separation to be October 13, 2022. After being married for 22 years, Sean claimed to have found his wife bisexual in 2020. She even had a girlfriend named Kate and their relationship allegedly ended earlier this year, the documents claimed.

In his filings, Sean agreed to provide spousal support but clearly stated that he will not pay her legal bills. During the initial petition days, Braunwyn asked the court to make Sean pay not only monthly but also contribute to legal bills. Days after that, Braunwyn claimed to the court that she was lacking financially and was "unable to provide" for herself as well as her children.

She accused Sean to have "stopped providing support." Being financially independent has never been Braunwyn's thing. She claimed, "I have relied on for all financial security since I was 20 years old." She further added that she depended on Sean for all financial decisions for 23 years. Therefore, now that everything has been snatched all of a sudden, it's hard for her to cope. She claimed, "I have effectively been kept in the dark regarding the true extent of our business interests and assets."

Braunwyn asked Sean to pay $10K monthly to her for child support. She admits to having just $2,900 in her bank account, noting that Sean makes $75,000 per month. Seeing Braunwyn asking for financial support for herself as well as her children, fans wonder why doesn't she instead look for a job. A fan slammed the star on 'The Real Housewives Zone BU' and said, "She doesn’t need to have those kids. She doesn’t truly care about them. She’s off sleeping with every every person she can. He’s the better parent and truly wants them. She needs to get a legit job."

The commenter added, "She could care less about those kids. She’s always traveling around the country meeting the daily love of her life. She’s a horrible mother and person. She just wants him to support her while she lives her new lifestyle."

Another wrote, "He should ask for full custody. He was their main caretaker. She is too self-absorbed for full custody." "So she wants to keep the kids full time too so Sean pays her money to keep funding the lifestyle she had… I get he needs to pay for his children but she needs to also get a job! I really hope he gets the kids," slammed another. "She needs to get a job," wrote a fan.

AS Braunwyn struggles financially, her family has stepped in to support her. She revealed that her family has been backing her up by helping her with "basic living expenses" and the expenses for her children.

As of now, Braunwyn has happily moved on in her life. The People reports that the star is dating Jennifer Spinner, 38. Braunwyn openly talks about being gay on social media and proudly flaunts her girlfriends. She recently uploaded a photo with Jennifer and captioned it, "Unfiltered happiness! We’re in full holiday mode here, but it’s nice to get out and experience all the beauty and nature that OC has to offer." She calls the shift from straight to gay life an "interesting one."
