The latest episode of 'Station 19' starts with a dose of Victoria Hughes (Barrett Doss) and Travis Montgomery's (Jay Hayden) banter, where Vic teases Travis about a potential love interest who got Travis' attention by complimenting him on how he looked in his uniform. Underneath all the joking though, Travis senses that there is something on Vic's mind.

There are Black Lives Matter protests going on in Seattle, which the crew is watching on television. However, Vic seems to be annoyed by the discussions that the crew is having about the protests. Also, we see that even though Dean Miller (Okieriete Onaodowan) is there, Vic doesn't seem to acknowledge him in spite of their recent declarations of love. The only time that Vic lightens up is when Maya Bishop (Danielle Savre) comes into the room and Vic asks her about her and Carina DeLuca's (Stefania Spampinato) engagement.

'Station 19' Season 4 Episode 15: Does Vic die trying to put out fire at her parents' restaurant?

Fans couldn't have been happier that Vic brought it up. One fan tweeted, "maya bishop calling carina deluca her fiancée,,, who cheered #station19." Another fan tweeted, "Love how excited they all are about Maya and Carina being engaged #station19."

Maya blushes with joy and then says sarcastically there is nothing like getting engaged and having your fiance leaving for a Covid hotspot, Italy, two days later. The rest of the 'Station 19' crew is surprised to hear that Carina still has to go. Danielle says it's only for a month or so until the marriage license comes through. Vic asks if they are going to have a 'lesbian fire station wedding'. Maya says she could barely get Carina to agree to marry, forget about a wedding.

Vic's good mood about Maya and Carina's wedding however doesn't last long and she soon goes back to looking glum. Travis finally asks her what is wrong. Vic says she just needs a day where there aren't constant discussions about protests and marches. She just needs a day to process and put her feelings in the freezer. Vic however doesn't get that day, because just then she and Travis get the call that her parents' restaurant is on fire. When Vic and Travis get to the scene, the other firefighters are also on the scene and Maya tells Vic that she cannot be a part of this operation.

One of the firefighters present is Theo Ruiz (Carlos Miranda), Vic's former love interest, who actually saves Vic's parents and gets them out of the restaurant. Victoria tries to comfort her parents, but they are completely panicking. But it is Dean who finally manages to calm them down by explaining the whole process to them. It may not be the traditional way to impress your girlfriend's parents but it seems to do the trick. While things may be going smoothly with Dean and Vic's parents, some nastiness soon emerges when the police arrive at the scene of the fire. It leads to an unpleasant encounter between Dean and the police officers, where an officer goes as far to ask Dean if he even started the fire at the restaurant.

While the fire at the restaurant seems to be under control, Vic's issues with her parents however flare up. Her parents, as usual, try to pretend like nothing has happened. Vic is tired of how they never discuss feelings in their family. It then comes out how the recent protests have affected Vic since the protests are against the death of another female African American first responder who was recently killed. But Vic says that in their family, they never talk about anything and her parents don't even know how terrified she is because they never even check in on her. Fans were feeling the emotional speech that Vic delivered. One fan tweeted, "Honestly @barrett_doss has been giving Emmy worthy performances all season and this is just another one for consideration! Gosh, this woman is magic on screen! #Station19."

Vic's parents seem to actually hear what Vic is saying, and while it may be a while before their relationship is in the healthiest place, a start has been made. Fans were particularly moved by the conversation Vic has with her mother. One fan tweeted, "This conversation between mother and daughter... I cried ... Amazing @barrett_doss #station19." Another tweeted, "VIC’s mom “I’ve known since before you were born when my parents kicked me out of the house because I was marrying a black man” DAMN #Station19."

Post putting out the fire, the episode takes a positive turn, when we see that Andy Herrera (Jaina Lee Ortiz) has a bigger appetite than usual and what can just be described as cravings for more than just food. Fans immediately jumped to conclusions. One fan tweeted, "OKAY WE KNOW ANDY IS PREGNANT @Station19 SHE BE HAVING PREGNANCY HORMONES JUST LIKE MER'S OOPS THE SNEAKING PARTS #Station19." Another fan tweeted, "ANDY YOU ARE SO PREGNANT WE ALL KNOW IT @JainaLeeOrtiz #Station19."

Sullivan (Boris Kodjoe) however seems to be strangely disconnected from Andy who keeps trying to reach out to him, and be flirtatious and intimate with him. How will he take the news that Andy is possibly pregnant? To find out catch the finale episode of 'Station 19', which will also show the big event of the season where Carina and Maya will tie the knot next Thursday at 8pm on ABC.
