Seventeen’s The8 and Jun's cute online interactions with S.Coups and Hoshi go viral

With The8 aka Minghao and Jun in China, fans can't get over their wholesome online interactions with the other Seventeen members

Just recently, Seventeen’s label, Pledis Entertainment had announced that the Chinese members The8 aka Minghao and Jun would be going to China for the remainder of the year. Due to the pandemic, the two boys weren't able to see their families for the last two years. Furthermore, their China-based activities were also getting postponed again and again. After much discussion, they decided that they would be staying in China till December 2021.

Having lived together since before their debut, the 13-member group are closely knit. They have continued to impress the K-pop industry as all 13 members have been able to adjust their individual schedules and participate in all of their comebacks since their debut in 2015. So, having some of the members apart has made it difficult for Seventeen and Carats (fandom). But fans are loving the online interactions between Minghao and Jun with the rest of the group members like S.Coups and Hoshi.

Leader S.Coups misses Jun and Minghao

On September 27, the leader of the group, S.Coups went on the K-pop social media platform Weverse and made a post for Jun and Minghao. He said, “I want to do the comeback quickly aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa Jun and Minghao, I miss you. If you see this, leave a comment wink.” S.Coups also hilariously responded to Woozi’s post who came online instead of the two boys. Jun and Minghao came online later and left heart emojis as replies.

S.Coups had also previously left comments on Jun and Minghao’s Instagram posts saying that he missed them. The other members like DK and Joshua also liked Minghao’s posts. These interactions left fans ecstatic since they have been doing their best to collect all the OT13 crumbs they can get. We also had Minghao liking and commenting on Hoshi’s latest Instagram post with the latter responding “My love.” Hoshi, Dino and Vernon also commented on the adorable video that Minghao had shared of him and his father showing off their acrobatic moves. Fans also found Vernon’s reply on Jun’s post hilarious as he commented, “(Hey) buddy  (hey) mama  (hey) u go girl,, I got these.”

'Attacca' album is OT13 comeback

In other news, Seventeen has released a schedule for their upcoming album ‘Attacca’. Since the album was prepared months in advance, Jun and Minghao have participated in the recording activities and the filming of the music video. But unfortunately, the promotional activities will only have 11 of the members. But regardless, since the album itself is an OT13 comeback, fans are excited about it.

Carats will soon get to see a concept trailer, three concept photos and two music video teasers. The group will also release the album's tracklist and the highlight medley before the album is released on October 22 at 1 am KST (12 am ET).

'We miss them too'

Carats loved the interaction between the members as they made tweets like, “Seungcheol summoning minghao and jun real quick because he misses them, they're so precious,” “All the comment of svt to minghao on ig and weverse and scoups calling jun and minghao in weverse, I can say that they really missed each other already :(((,” and “The way he only drops replies like this on jun and hao’s posts. we miss them too vernon we miss them too."
