LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: One of the most anticipated black comedy dramas, 'Beef' has been released on Netflix finally, and it has been getting nothing but praise from the audience. 'Beef' follows the story of two strangers who get involved in an aggressive road rage incident that leads to changing their entire lives.

Apart from the storyline, one of the main reasons for the success of the show is the performance of the leads. Ali Wong, who plays Amy Lau, a depressed entrepreneur, and Steven Yeun, who plays Danny Cho, a failing contractor, hold a strong screen presence for the entire series, and they lead their roles effortlessly. And now, fans are starting their internet campaign for the unapologetic series to win an Emmy.

The perfect leads

'Beef' handles the ugly truth of human emotions, depicted in layered narration. The way both the lead actors carried out the intricacies of complex, extreme emotions and the emptiness inside of them in a realistic way is one for the books. It is no doubt that Steven Yeun and Ali Wong are incredible performers. With the former being an Oscar-nominated actor and the latter being an Emmy-nominated actress, this comes as no surprise. And both Yeun and Wong give their all in this ten-episode series, making 'Beef' a binge-worthy one. And now, the Netflix series is getting Emmy fever from fans.
