LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: There seems to be some drama brewing between two ‘Real Housewives Of Orange County’ ex-stars, Kelly Dodd and Braunwyn Windham-Burke, after the former decided to take a dig at the latter on social media. Kelly, known to express her opinions and controversial takes online, posted a cryptic story that looks like a jibe toward her former ‘RHOC’ co-star.

In a recent Instagram story, the ‘RHOC’ alum posted a screenshot of a news article by Page Six, which covered the headline of Braunwyn declaring her plight of being “unable to provide” for her children after her divorce with Sean Burke. Kelly posted the story with a gif, reading, “You go woke you go broke,” in a bright pink font, moving across the screen. From Kelly’s reaction to the news featuring her former co-star, it seems obvious that the ‘Rick and Kelly Show’ podcast host is throwing major shade at Braunwyn.

The news by Page Six stated that the ‘RHOC’ alum’s estranged husband, Sean, has stopped providing any monetary support to her, and she’s unable to provide for herself and her children. According to the outlet, Braunwyn stated in court documents that she now has to rely on family to assist her in meeting her basic living expenses and even expenses for her children. The former ‘RHOC’ star filed for divorce from Sean earlier in October after over two decades of marriage. The reality star revealed she was gay in 2020, but the couple didn’t separate until they found serious relationships with others. The ex-Bravo star had revealed to be dating a new girlfriend, Jennifer Spinner, after her breakup with ex-girlfriend Victoria Brito, all the while being married to Sean.

But Braunwyn’s lifestyle before her divorce did not sit well with Kelly or the rest of her ‘RHOC’ co-stars who mocked the Bravolebrity before. According to Heavy, earlier this year, Braunwyn had said she would be “heartbroken” if her husband started falling in love with someone else. Her statement caused her ‘RHOC’ castmates to slam the star as Elizabeth Lyn Vargas questioned her followers, “Didn’t she just announce she’s NEVER been attracted to him EVER & she’s ‘SLEEPING WITH WOMEN’! Acceptable behavior because she calls it a ‘modern marriage’ or extremely narcissistic & hypocritical…Thoughts?” Even Kelly Dodd chimed in on Elizabeth’s Instagram post, commenting, “I want to comment so bad. Haha.”

Braunwyn’s alleged response came months later in October when the ‘RHOC’ alum trashed Kelly Dodd due to her controversial comments in an episode of Us Weekly’s ‘Getting Real With the Housewives’ podcast. She said about Kelly, “We are diametrically opposed in our ideology right now,”  adding, “I believe Black Lives Matter, and she believes Drunk Wives Matter. And that’s something that I don’t funny. I’ve forgiven her a lot for her big mouth over the years…But now we’re at the point where she is attacking people, and it’s more than I can be around.”
