ATLANTA, GEORGIA: 'The Real Housewives of Atlanta' alum Kim Zolciak-Biermann took to her Instagram to recount how she overcame challenges with WIC and Section 8 while giving birth to daughter Brielle Biermann. The former reality TV star celebrated her daughter's 27th birthday by detailing every moment of her childhood. Kim shared a slew of photos from Brielle's childhood, including the day she was born. Kim wished her daughter, "Happy 27th Birthday @briellebiermann to say I love you is an understatement."
Recalling giving birth at the age of 18, Kim wrote, "You changed my world at the tender age of 18! I wouldn’t have it any other way We grew up together, we had some high highs and some low lows!" "Forever grateful for WIC, Section 8, my family, my nursing instructors, and most importantly God. Without all of these I truly don’t know how we could have done it," stated Kim.
She recalled driving home at 11 pm after attending school all day and working all night. Kim said, "picking you up and driving home that dreaded 45 min drive ….thinking how the hell are we going to get through tomorrow. We did! We did it and we will continue too!"
Dubbing Brielle as her "strength" and "reason for everything" she did and why she did, Kim thanked her daughter for teaching so many things. She claimed, "You taught me so many things, you changed me as a person, put a fight in me that I didn’t even know existed." Kim ended her emotional note, saying, "The days were long but boy oh boy the years were short. Thank you Ellie Bellie Boo for choosing me to be your Mom. I’m forever grateful."
