Internet backs Kim Zolciak’s estranged husband Kroy Biermann as he excludes her from Christmas post with kids
ATLANTA, GEORGIA: Kroy Biermann is spending the holidays with his kids amid his nasty divorce battle with estranged wife Kim Zolciak.
On December 25, the retired NFL player took to his Instagram page to share a snap with his kids on Christmas.
"Merry Christmas from the Biermann’s!!🎄 (-2 😢) I didn’t get a picture of the family enjoying @arianabiermann ‘s church service and I had this taken after @briellebiermann and Billy had departed in the direction of their car as we were almost outside from our service," he captioned the post.
He added, "I couldn’t be a more proud father of you 2 and the littles! ❤️ Got to do better at remembering to capture more pictures. 😂."
In the pic shared, Biermann can be seen posing with his four kids: Kroy Jr, Kash, Kaia and Kane.
However, fans noticed how Biermann snubbed his estranged wife, 'RHOA' star Kim Zociak from the snap.
One social media user stated, "Your choice of wife was unfortunate."
Followed by a user who shared: "You’re an amazing dad don’t let her dim your light!!"
Another person wrote: "We know you love your kids….get rid of Kim. They will be better off. She's never going to change."
Anothere user went on to say, "Thank goodness Kim isn't in this picture. She's horrendous."
Another user chimed in, "Kids come 1st ALWAYS. They don't need a mansion or designer clothes. Just a loving & peaceful environment. If Kroy gets majority custody, an inspiring reality show about the trauma of divorce, living middle-class, single Dad struggles. Definitely would watch & a chance for Kroy to get back on his feet financially."

Why did Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann split?
In May 2023, Zolciak and Biermann filed for divorce after nearly 11 years of marriage. Swiftly though they called off their divorce.
However, the two weren't able to sort out their differences and they filed for divorce again.
At the moment the pair is in the midst of a nasty divorce battle.
The estranged couple shares four biological children: KJ, 11, Kash, 10, and twins Kaia and Kane, 9.
In addition to this, Biermann is also a doting father to his two daughters, Brielle and Ariana from a previous relationship.
Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann got into an explosive fight in November 2023
The reality TV star and the former NFL player got involved in an explosive fight in November 2023.
At that point one of their kids even called 911. After getting the call, three officers and a supervisor arrived at the pair's Georgia mansion to calm things down.
The kid told the police that "his dad was hitting his mom", according to a report by Entertainment Tonight.
The minor informed the officer that "his parents were arguing and yelling at each other."
The child also mentioned that "it looked like Kroy may have hit [Kim.]"
Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann ordered to pay $230K in a bank lawsuit
In October 2023, a court in Georgia asked Zolciak and Biermann to pay Simmons Bank over $230,000, after they ended up defaulting on a home equity line of call, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.
TMZ also reported that the pair owed around $231,031.61, which included $178.51 in interest, $2,071.57 in foreclosure fees, and $1,945.31 in attorneys’ fees.
The duo has continued to face financial woes.
