ATLANTA, GEORGIA: The ongoing nasty divorce between 'RHOA' star Kim Zolciak and retired NFL player Kroy Biermann has reached new heights daily. Netizens cannot believe how they are going nasty on one another.
The couple filed for divorce in May 2023. Fulton County Superior Court Judge Shermela J Williams was asked to have completed mediation to come to a settlement in their divorce by January 31, 2024.
As per reports by TMZ, Kroy said his estranged wife is selling off her expansive collection of designer purses, shoes, and clothes. He also mentioned he is unclear about what is she doing with all the profits.
He said he is also worried if those things she is selling come under "marital property". Kroy also mentioned that none of her money is going to support their marital debt as they are almost in "bankruptcy".
Kroy said that Kim's designer collection is worth hundreds of thousands of dollars and he believes she bought those when they were married.
Kroy stated that they are in a dire financial situation with a $1.1 million debt that they owe to the IRS. He wants the court to identify and equally divide their marital assets, including their Georgia mansion and personal property. However, it is reported that Kim sold the designer things to get some money to buy Christmas presents for their children.
