As she finds her fate hanging in the air, she contacts Douglas Dellacorte and asks him to corroborate against Linda.
Suggesting to expose Linda since they are the sole witnesses to Linda shooting her father, Evelyn ultimately plans to secure Skeet's wealth.
Though Douglas refuses to participate, it's evident that Evelyn won't give up without a fight. She is most likely to pursue Douglas to build a case against Linda. Meanwhile, Maxine is poised to shift her focus back to the upcoming Beach Ball event.
