PROVIDENCIALES, TURKS AND CAICOS ISLANDS: ‘Too Hot To Handle’ has released its first five episodes, and viewers are eating up all the hot drama. On Wednesday, the popular Netflix series returned with Season 4, which introduced the audience to 10 hot new singletons, all blissfully unaware of what the upcoming weeks had in store for them. The show even roped in celebrity host Mario Lopez to act as a fake host for a made-up show called “Wild Love” and promised these hot and bothered singletons that they would find love and “action” in the series.

But in true ‘Too Hot To Handle’ style, the series gave these oblivious contestants the shock of their lives as the automated matron Lana emerged, telling them that they were on the dating game show known to ban all sexual activities for a coveted prize of $200,000. While the dejected participants prepared to endure a “dry spell,” most appeared to falter at some point and cost the group to suffer multiple fines from Lana (looking at you, Seb and Kayla). But among these reckless contestants, one seemed to shine bright as he maintained strict adherence to the house rules. And that person is James Pendergrass. James’ focus and comedic behavior also managed to entertain many viewers and fans of the show, who ranked him as the best of the season. Here’s what they said about the personal trainer.

When James heard that he was on ‘Too Hot To Handle’ he immediately changed his game plan and turned into a “sex cop” for all other contestants. James even ensured to stay up the entire night to be certain that no one partook in any dubious activities. But unfortunately for the Hawaiian native, certain “sexy” things did happen when he wasn’t looking that cost the group hefty fines each time. However, James’ overall demeanor and focus won over many viewers as they deemed him the best of the group. One viewer took to Twitter to express, “I love him omg…legit the accountant 2.0. I just hope he doesn’t get influenced by miss snowbunny.”

While another noted that he was the only one using his brain, writing, “I couldn’t be on too hot to handle, this show gets on my nerves and James is the only one using his brain.” One viewer also thought that James was funny and penned, “This season of too hot to handle is actually funny af bro James? Comedy gold.” And a social media user expressed, “Bro I feel so bad for James on too hot to handle bro is just tryna secure his bag.” A fan even wrote, “James is keeping it real and I’m here for that. He’s my favorite on too hot to handle. Also, have to represent my sister Jawahir.” While one found his focus during the body painting workshop hilarious and penned, “James during the first workshop in Too Hot to Handle.”
