NCT 127 'Sticker' ranks on Billboard 200 chart for fourth consecutive week

After its release, NCT 127’s ‘Sticker’ first entered Billboard 200 chart at No 3 making it the highest rank any K-pop album has recorded in 2021

With only a few days before NCT 127 makes their comeback with their third repackaged album, ‘Favorite’ on October 25, the group is gearing up for the big weekend with a big charting record. On October 19, Billboard released their new charts for the week of October 26 on which NCT 127’s latest release, ‘Sticker’ was ranked at Number 132 among the Top 200 albums worldwide.

According to the latest Billboard chart updated as of October 19, NCT 127's 3rd full-length album 'Sticker' was ranked 132nd on the Billboard 200 chart. This marks the group’s fourth consecutive week on the chart as their latest release holds the fort for their upcoming album, ‘Favorite’ is currently being promoted by the band and their label.

‘Sticker’ charts

After its release, NCT 127’s album ‘Sticker’ first entered the Billboard 200 chart at Number 3 making it the highest ever rank any K-pop album has recorded in the year 2021. NCT 127 also recorded a total of 82,000 copies sold in terms of pure sales in the US for ‘Sticker’ while 'Sticker' also claimed 2 crowns on Gaon Monthly from Album and Download Charts while selling a total of 2,277,575 copies becoming the best selling album from SM Entertainment so far.

As of October 19, ‘Sticker’ has ranked on many other Billboard charts. The album ranked at number 4 on Billboards World Albums chart, number 9 on Billboard’s Top Album Sales chart, number 9 on Billboard’s Top Current Album Sales, number 17 on Billboard’s Independent Albums as well as number 61 Billboard’s Artist 100 chart making their album an overall success.

Not only in terms of charting or sales but NCT 127 also recorded a number of music show wins. As of October 3, NCT 127 set a new milestone for themselves when they recorded their first-ever win for 'Sticker' at SBS' Inkigayo. With this, NCT 127 became the first boy group, in four years, to get an all-kill on music shows by taking a win on all music shows airing in South Korea as 'Sticker' recorded a total of nine music show wins in total.



 

NCT 127 ‘Favorite’ releases many concepts

As the group prepares for their upcoming repackaged album, NCT 127 has released the second concept teaser for their third full-length repackaged album, ‘Favorite’. Starting October 16 onwards, NCT 127 released their teaser images for their upcoming album. Starting with their first concept Classic, NCT 127 members looked classy.

Following that, NCT 127 releases more teaser images from their second concept which was called, ‘Catharsis’ where the boys wore colorful casual outfits showing how the album will be full of contrasting songs. NCT 127's third full-length repackaged album, 'Favorite', will have a total of 14 new songs including the title song 'Favorite', 'Love On The Floor', and 'Pilot' which will be released on various music sites at 6 pm KST (5 am ET) on October 25.
