Metaphysic and Mike Winfield advance to 'AGT' 2022 finale, fans say 'Lily was robbed'
PASADENA, CALIFORNIA: When 'America's Got Talent' host Terry Crews announced that Metaphysic and comedian Mike E Winfield would be advancing to the season 17 finale, fans had some very strong feelings about it. While most fans were pleased about a comedian finally getting a chance to win the talent-hunt show, however, the same can't be said for Metaphysic.
Metaphysic's AI-based talent failed to impress 'AGT' fans. After watching their performance featuring CGI of Simon Cowell, Howie Mandel, and Terry, singing opera, several fans took to Twitter to slam the performance. From questioning, if AI was even a talent to pointing out the flaws in the CGI's body-language, fans gave a huge thumbs-down to the performance. So, when fans realized that Metaphysic was advancing to the finale, while golden-buzzer recipient Lily Meola was eliminated, they were shocked and puzzled.
