'MasterChef: Legends' judges pick Kelsey as winner, fans say Autumn was 'robbed'
After an intense, neck to neck competition inside the 'MasterChef' kitchen, Kelsey Murphy was declared as the winner of 'MasterChef: Legends' Season 11. The mother-of-three managed to impress judges with her delicious modern-themed four-course meal. Kelsey's consistently good performance earned her rave reviews from thejudges- Gordon Ramsay, Joe Bastianich, and Aaron Sanchez, who declared her as the winner.
While the judges seem pleased with their decision, fans were however surprised by it. While deliberating over who should be the winner of 'MasterChef' title, the judges pointed out how Autumn's dishes were 'wickedly good'. They couldn't pick any flaw in her dishes and declared that she served some of the finest dishes in the competition. Autumn also happens to be the only contestant this season to have never landed in the bottom three position. While both Kelsey and Suu Khin have been in the bottom three at various points in the competition. So keeping Autumn's track record of consistently impeccable performance and her fantastic four-course meal during the finale, most fans were convinced that she would be the one to take home the $250,000 prize money and the 'MasterChef' trophy. So when Kelsey was announced as the winner instead, many fans were puzzled.

Several fans took to Twitter to express their displeasure over Kelsey being picked as the winner over Autumn. A fan tweeted, "I thought Autumn's dishes had the least bad reviews Did I watched a diff show? lol Start the damn #MaskedSinger at least this show doesn't disappoint me #MasterChef." Another fan wrote, "Kelsey was great most of the competition. But Autumn was doing as great and proved it tonight. Her menu stood out and was the most consistent in my opinion. I'm surprised with the result. #masterchef." "Autumn was literally never in the bottom. They even said Kelsey’s menu was safe but she still won. Why am I not surprised they wanted her from the beginning. #Masterchef," commented an unhappy fan.
