Itzy 'Crazy In Love': Release date, how to listen and all about 1st studio album
Itzy’s first studio album is almost here. Having debuted in 2019, the K-pop girl group has put out several singles and mini-albums, but they haven’t released a full album ever before. But having heard fans’ requests, they’re finally coming with their first full studio album ‘Crazy In Love’. JYPE is going all out for it as the album has six versions, two music videos and has even got a cinematic trailer.
Additionally, to mark the release, the girls will be having the TV debut of ‘Loco’, the title track’s performance on the American talk show ‘The Kelly Clarkson Show’. And as part of pre-release promotions, Itzy had a virtual event for fans with Maybelline for which they’re global spokesmodels. And few days after the announcement of the album, they got a second season for their reality show ‘Codename: Secret ITZY 2’. Here’s all about their first studio album ‘Crazy In Love’.

Release date
Itzy’s ‘Crazy In Love’ and 'Loco' music video will be released on September 24 at 1 pm KST (12 am ET). The music video for ‘Swipe’ will be released on September 27 at 12 am KST (September 26 at 11 am ET).

As the title track, 'Loco' will be having a music video. Additionally, even 'Swipe' will get a music video. The instrumentals are all versions of Itzy's past title tracks.
Concept
Itzy released fun concept photos with a pop-art vibe in vibrant outfits. For the ‘Loco’ concept image the girls are pulling a clash of the patterns with colorful outfits. We also got photobook previews with the girls baking. The concept image for ‘Swipe’ is sleeker as they wear athleisure outfits.
Teasers
The girls released an opening trailer to tease the album that referenced pop culture icons like Cruella de Vil and popular chick-lit author Sophie Kinsella. The ‘Swipe’ music video teaser stays true to its name as we see Itzy recording through the phone and taking selfies. The ‘Loco’ music video teaser is full of heavy trap sounds as the K-pop girl group stares intently into the camera in blinged-up outfits.
