Sandy explains that as a captain she has to take care of everyone and listen to her department heads. Fighting back for her position, Camille said, "I feel like being let go is the last thing I want to do." Explaining the harsh side of the job, Captain Sandy states that she has no control over whether or not to give someone repeated chances. She says that her job doesn't allow her to do things according to her choice. Captain Sandy says, "In reality, I have the charter to run, I have to have a unison on this."

In the personal interview, Captain Sandy goes on to say that as a Captain, one of her responsibilities is to maintain harmony on the boat. And if one person continues to affect that harmony after several chances, then she has no choice but to let go of the person. She claims about Camille, "I have had probably 10 conversations with her and she blew it so now today is her last day."

Instead of accepting her mistakes, Camille clapped back at the decision of the heads choosing to fire her. She says, "I am very very pissed off because I have done everything I can do to please these people and I don't deserve to be fired. It's bulls**t." After the decision was sealed, Camille is seen going to all the department heads in the sneak peek video, asking for their complaints. She went to Rachel, Fraser, and Hayley. All that they had to say was that Camille's heart was not in the job as she was never interested in doing any work and neither did she help other deck members.

After being laid off Camille will be going back to Mississippi. However, what fans wonder is whether she will be continuing her relationship with Tony, who is still on the show.

'Below Deck' Season 10 Episode 9 releases on January 23 at 8/7c on Bravo. Stay tuned to witness more drama.
