Blackpink will not walk the ramp
The '2022 Spring/Summer Paris Fashion Week' will be held in Paris, France from September 27 to October 5 this year where fans will see the world's most prestigious and influential fashion personalities in attendance. Fans who confused Blackpink's presence at the event as models should know that the members will attend the Fashion Week as global ambassadors for each of the brands the members represent and not walk the ramp as models.
As each member of the group represents a certain brand, Jisoo was chosen by Dior, Lisa by Celine, Rose by Saint Laurent, and Jennie by Chanel. All four members are global ambassadors for each of these brands. The term means that Blackpink will individually represent these brands globally and not just as representatives from South Korea. Each member of the group is expected to attend the schedule set by their respective brands for which they are acting as ambassadors.
Dates of shows for each brand Blackpink represents
The Dior collection where Jisoo will be present and the Saint Laurent show where Rose will be present will display their collection on September 28.
