Yugyeom's mom spills the GOT7 star's comeback date, fans love 'spoiler queen'

Fans have been waiting for Yugyeom whose last album release was in June 2021

It has been a while since we saw the youngest GOT7 member. While he was busy in mid-2021 as he made his solo debut, dropped several collaborations, dance covers, concerts and photoshoots, Yugyeom disappeared after that. We did get sneaky studio posts and his appearances whenever there was a mini GOT7 reunion, but that was it. However, it has been a while since he released new music. But fans don’t have to wait for long as we finally know which month he’s coming back all thanks to Yugyeom’s mother.

In December 2021, we spotted Yugyeom recording in AOMG’s studio with other artists like Goosebumps, Woogie, DJ Wegun and more. Ahgases (GOT7’s fandom) theorized that he would be the first GOT7 member to come back in the new year but unfortunately not. We got Jackson, Bambam, Mark Tuan and leader Jay B releasing new music in January. And while GOT7 fans were waiting for news on Yugyeom, one Ahgase hit the jackpot when she met the K-pop idol’s mother in a restaurant.

Yugyeom to come back in March?

On February 1, a Chinese Ahgase visited Yugyeom’s mother’s restaurant, Steak Box for the Lunar New Year. She shared that she was a fan of GOT7 for eight years now. She and Yugyeom’s mother spoke in Chinese with the latter even confessing that she knew her son would be having a comeback in March. The fan added that Yugyeom’s mother was also kind and personally kept checking in on her.

‘Album of the year’

With Yugyeom's long-awaited comeback probably happening in March, one excited fan tweeted, “Yugyeom march comeback??? that marks 5/7 GOT7 solo releases for this year plus jackson and mark solo album. also jinyoung’s sneaky ig story and probably ot7 comeback.” Another joked, “He aint gon tell his mom anyth anymore.” One Ahgase wondered, “We have 3 things we can probably see in kyg2: Yugyeom prod goosebumps Yugyeom prod Woogie Yugyeom prod Dj Wegun His album is gonna be a lit ANOTHER ALBUM OF THE YEAR YALL GOTTA BE READY.” 

Another said, “Praying that yugyeom will have tons of promotions this time when he'll comeback and he'll go to a lot of variety shows + studio choom too.” One fan added, “Yugyeom’s mother is truly the spoiler queen, we love her.” Another Ahgase made a reaction meme, “Situation rn :.” Another fan posted, “Hear me out I don't plan to survive I will accept my fate from his long hair and sweet voice.” 

One asked, “I wouldn't mind an i want u around 2.0 in yugyeom's next cb bc miss devita rocked my world ngl.” Another joked, “Me on March telling my friends that yugyeom's cb is important than exam.” One said, “I can feel it in my bones that this yugyeom cb is gonna be good... I'm so ready to throw my ass in a circle.”
