While Bambam may have shocked fans by representing the NBA team, Golden State Warriors early this January, the second youngest member of GOT7 was welcomed with wide arms by the team. This collaboration with Bambam as the brand ambassador of the team is now bearing fruit with NBA experiencing the power of K-pop fans. On January 29, it was reported that Bambam’s star power landed the Golden State Warriors player Andrew Wiggins an All-Star Starter spot.

With the release of his second solo album, Bambam is doing quite well in his music career but now his influence over millions of K-pop fans is yielding unexpected results. It was reported that player Andrew Wiggins snagged the All-Star Starter spot after he got 1 million more fan votes than his competition, Draymond Green and it was all thanks to Bambam.

The world of basketball is now reeling thanks to the star-power K-pop idol Bambam’s one call to his fans. Ahgases responded with enthusiasm, which resulted in a win for Andrew Wiggins who got an unexpected total of 3.45 million votes, ranking third-highest in terms of fan votes among frontcourt players. Bambam, who joined the NBA team Golden State Warriors at the beginning of the season, had posted an announcement on Twitter calling his fans to vote for star player of the team, Andrew Wiggins.



 

Ahgashes response showed the world that there is nothing K-pop fans cannot do. As votes for Andrew Wiggins began pouring in from all over the world, Thai-born Bambam guaranteed the NBA player a shocking All-Star starter spot much to the shock of many basketball fans.



 

Fan votes count for 50% of the final results when an All-Star Starter player is selected in NBA games and Bambam proved just how much his fans love him and also showed the world his star power at the age of just 25 years.

Fans are now talking about the idols ability to help the NBA player land an All-Star spot.
