'Ex on the Beach': Fans ask Alexis to 'please move on from Ray' as he treats her poorly

Ray blaming Alexis' poor communication and permitting him to go on 'Love Island' as the reason behind their split left 'Ex on the beach' fans fuming

Ray Gantt may have been the golden boy of 'Love Island', but MTV's reality dating show 'Ex on the Beach' is giving fans a reality check about the true nature of the reality star. After watching Ray treat three of his exes poorly and refusing to take any responsibility for his actions that damaged his relationships, fans were left fuming.

After cold-heartedly sending his ex Nicole Amelia home while she was genuinely forming a connection with Bryce Hirschberg, Ray welcomed his third ex on the show- Alexis Christina. During her introduction segment, Alexis revealed that Ray and she were together at the time of his stint on 'Love Island'. Ray reportedly always wanted to be on TV, so he convinced Alexis to let him go on the dating show. Though Ray assured her that he wouldn't do anything to hurt their relationship, Alexis was shocked to watch him kiss and sleep with Caro Viee on 'Love Island'. After Ray returned home, Alexis and he got into a huge fight and broke off things. Long after their breakup, Alexis still couldn't stop thinking about Ray, so she decided to come on the MTV show in an attempt to rekindle their relationship.

Sadly for her, Ray kept giving her mixed signals. Though he kept saying that he wanted her in his life, he never paid her any attention or took the time to get to know her and work on fixing their issues. In fact, later on, in the show, Ray blamed Alexis' poor communication and her permitting him to go on 'Love Island' as the reason behind their split. Fans were appalled watching Ray pin all the blame on Alexis instead of taking responsibility for lying and cheating on her. 

Many fans took to Twitter to call out Ray for treating his exes poorly. A fan tweeted, "Ray is an example of not taking responsibility and ownership. He lied, he wasted multiple women’s time. Why did he go on love island if he already had a girlfriend!? Someone trying to get 15 minutes of fame #exonthebeach." "@RayGantt might have the charm and the looks but being a man means to take responsibility and own up to your decisions that you made #exonthebeach," wrote a fan. "Ray has a lying problem. How do you still lie while admitting you lied?? #ExOnTheBeach," wondered a fan. A fan added, "This must be so embarrassing for Ray each girl came in and he rly treated them all horribly and with zero accountability and if he did apologize none seemed genuine #ExOnTheBeach."

Fans also advised Alexis to dump Ray and move on. A fan shared, "If my man went on Love Island I would of been said that’s not what I want or dump him. #ExOnTheBeach." "Alexis girlie, RUN. #exonthebeach," suggested a fan. "Alexis is obviously a smart woman, but why did she think Ray would stay faithful when he wanted to go on a show called "Love Island". And the whole time you've been here he hasn't pay you any attention. Please move on from him!! Please find better!! #exonthebeach," seconded a fan. "Ray don’t be giving a f*** to rekindle with any of his exes idk why they even bother to show up at this point #exonthebeach," observed a fan.
