With the semi-finals here, the 'Dancing With The Stars' contestants are going neck to neck with each of their performances. It all boils down to securing a spot in the final, and everyone is eyeing the mirrorball trophy. Among the people hoping to make it to the top is none other than JoJo Siwa, who has proved that she is the ultimate threat this season.

Siwa and pro Jenna Johnson performed a redemption Argentine Tango to 'Santa Maria (Del Buen Ayre)' by Gotan Project; and then for their new dance, a Contemporary to 'Before You Go (Piano Version)' by Lewis Capaldi.

With Goodmen guiding the duo during their Argentine Tango, he quickly noted that their week three performance of the dance form was lacking. To him, a Ballroom Tango is dancing with your wife, but an Argentine Tango is dancing with a girlfriend, implying that the duo needed to raise the heat. They certainly got the memo, seeing that Siwa and Johnson put up quite the performance. Even Goodman himself stated that it was 'bloody brilliant' while Derek Hough pointed out that men often perform the Argentine Tango, so now, this was full circle.
Bruno Tonioli stated that the ladies had blown all his fuses with their performance and Carrie Ann Inaba noted that there was so much passion that they seemed like an extension of one being. The judges gave her a perfect score of 40 out of 40.

For the second performance, Siwa dedicated her contemporary piece to her late grandfather. She even invited her grandmother Jonnie to practice, who was beaming with pride. When it came to the final act, the judges praised Siwa yet again, with Goodman claiming that he had 'underpants older than her', seeing that she was all of 18, yet danced with such maturity. Even Hough declared it to be the best contemporary on the show so it came as no surprise that Siwa bagged another perfect score, making her the only person to grab a total of 80 out of 80.

As she advanced to the finals, fans' support, as always, poured in. "just watched jojo's dances from tonight's #dwts and she really is one of the best contestants ever to be on the show! easily top three" tweeted a fan. "Jojo and Jenna with a perfect 40 tonight. Well deserved! I'm just so glad that the young queer community has this type of representation on their screens. Bravo #RepresentationMatters #VisibilityMatters #DWTS #JojoandJenna" added another. "What Jojo Siwa and Jenna have done in dwts is pretty incredible. I'm rooting for them and I really hope they win" tweeted a fan. "I'm actually v emotional about seeing Jojo Siwa in a same gender couple on #DWTS. It feels like a really important piece of rep -imagining how great it would have been to have queer rep like that as a teen. All I had straight girls playing gay & being praised for being 'brave'." stated a fan.
