'DWTS' Grease Night: JoJo Siwa bags perfect score, fans say it was 'pure magic'

Both Jenna Johnson and JoJo Siwa opened up about how they appreciate each other and poured all their emotions into their performance

When it comes to performing on 'Dancing With The Stars', a lot rides on the relationship between celebrity and pro-dancer. Their rapport translates on-screen and sells any performance, so having a versatile yet trusting relationship is key. JoJo Siwa, who often comes across as bold, explained that the one thing she preaches and doesn't practice is confidence. However, her partner Jenna Johnson has changed that for her.

Siwa explained that since her time on the show, Johnson has helped her change in the best way possible. Johnson, too, opened up about how she is the closest to Siwa out of all the partnerships she's had. To Johnson, Siwa is like a younger sister, and she feels connected to her. The duo poured all the emotion they had for each other into their performance, as they danced the foxtrot to 'Look At Me, I'm Sandra Dee (Reprise)'.

Len Goodman explained that they affected his brain with the quality of their performance, while they affected his heart with the artistry of the same. Bruno Tonioli stated that their performance was the most exquisite interpretation of the power of friendship. Carrie Ann Inaba kept it simple and called it 'perfection'. Derek Hough called their performance full of power, grace and pristine. The judges were truly enchanted as Siwa and Johnson got a standing ovation and they all scored Siwa 10s, resulting in a grand total of 40/40. Not only is Siwa the first to score 10s this season, but she is also the first the bag a perfect score. 

Fans were absolutely emotional after Siwa and Johnson's stunning performance. "Can we talk about jojo's performance quality though??? she has always been a STAR. i'm still sobbing. #DWTS" tweeted a fan. "18 years old JoJo Siwa is really carrying the whole season 30 of #DWTS and if they don't give the mirrorball to her ( we remember Zendaya and Normani got robbed ) , this time we will going to riot" declared another. "JOJO AND JENNA ARE JUST SO GOOD #DWTS @itsjojosiwa @JennaJohnson no but seriously i'm so emotional they're so brilliantly matched and beautiful" stated a fan. "Jojo and Jenna dancing as Sandy and Frenchy from Grease was pure magic tonight! Let's all agree on that….  #DWTS" added a fan. 

Fans also noted that the duo's partnership was unique and beautiful, seeing that they both admitted that they have grown close during this time. "Jojo talking about how jenna has changed how she sees herself really got me because you can just see how her confidence has grown since day one of this show #dwts" tweeted a fan. "There have been a LOT of couples on #dwts over the years that I've called my faves but man- I really think JoJo and Jenna may actually top the list. Every week I can't take my eyes off the screen and I feel all of the feelings" added another.
