ATLANTA, GEORGIA: 'Mama June: Family Crisis' Season 7 star Dralin Carswell was entangled in legal trouble and the viewers called him out for not handling his issues.

In the latest episode of the WETv show, Honey Boo Boo's sister Lauryn "Pumpkin" Efrid drove Dralin to the bail bondsman to seek permission from the court to move out of Georgia.

Honey Boo Boo received a scholarship for his dream nursing college in Denver, Colorado and she made it clear that she would not move without her beau.

Meanwhile, Dralin was not allowed to move outside the town after he allegedly drove under the influence back in February 2023 and spent two days in Monroe County jail before being released on a $25,000 bond. However, Dralin later got bail the following month.

In the episode, the bail bondsman wasn't aware of the further process and they asked Dralin to call the court. Pumpkin felt overwhelmed as she wanted her sister to continue her studies.

She called out Dralin and said in the confessional, "We're circling right back to square one and it's very stressful because Dralin doesn't seem like he's contacted the people he needs to contact to be able to move out of the state."

However, multiple critics called out Dralin for not taking care of his criminal issues. A social media user on X said, "Dralin doesn’t seem to care. That should be a sign." Another person added, "It's a shame Dralin isn't making any effort to contact the bail bondsman!"  "Disappointing that Dralin can't even handle his criminal issues!!," said another.

Another viewer suggested, "Dralin definitely doesn't have a plan to figure out this man's a lost cause I don't know how Alana saw in him."

While another said, "This dude clearly doesn’t care about his future right now. Smh." Another critic claimed, "You can’t help someone who doesn’t want to help themselves." Another person noted, 'Sad that a 22 yo man can't take care of his own criminal issues."

Dralin Carswell contacts the court after Pumpkin's insistence

Lauryn "Pumpkin" Efrid was left furious after she noticed that Honey Boo Boo's boyfriend Dralin Carswell wasn't taking the initiative to get out of her legal trouble. She was concerned about her sister's future and admitted, "He hasn't tried to contact a lawyer to see what he can and cannot beat for this case."

The reality star added, "I know that if Dralin doesn't get this together and can't go to Colorado, Alana is not going to go, and he is not understanding that." Upon returning home, Pumpkin compelled Dralin to call the court and inquire about the process.

He called the court and shared about his situation noting that his girlfriend Honey Boo Boo has "got accepted to a university out there and I'm wondering, what's the step I need to do to move out there?"

The court representative revealed, "I don't have any update on my end. You may want to check with your lawyer to see if they have any update on theirs."

After Dralin hung up the call, Pumpkin noted, "It's like it goes from one thing, You think you're going to get some news and now you need to ask your lawyer. So it sounds, like to me sir, you need to be trying to find your lawyer."

'Mama June: Family Crisis' star Alana "Honey Boo Boo" Thompson confronted her boyfriend, Dralin Carswell after he met with a bail bondsman alongside Pumpkin to discuss his potential relocation amid his ongoing legal issues. The couple engaged in a heated debate over Dralin's secret visit.

Dralin told Honey Boo Boo, "I was going to surprise you with the information, but she [bondsman] told me [she] can't do nothing and I have to go the court." The reality star appeared confused and asked, "So, you have to make a whole court day and everything just to talk to these people to ask if you can go to Colorado?"

Dralin tried to defend himself and noted, "No, I can just call up there and tell them." He insisted that he has been trying hard to move out with her but Honey Boo Boo was not convinced and said, "You're irritating me. I'm done with this conversation."
