The Christmas season is just around the corner and Hallmark is set to take you on a magical journey with their enchanting love stories. The network is known for making remarkable holidays movies that have done supremely well for them. So, it comes as no surprise that November and December are the months where the network releases their highly anticipated movies.

One of the movies that are on everybody’s watchlist this year is none other than ‘Christmas in Tahoe’. The movie revolves around a woman named Claire (Laura Osnes) who is trying to save her family hotel’s Christmas show. However, she soon realizes that she would need the help of his ex-boyfriend Ryan (Kyle Selig), the lead guitarist of a now-famous band, to save the show. Will Ryan help? Or he’ll say no to Claire?

When does ‘Christmas in Tahoe’ release and where can you watch it

The upcoming romantic movie will be premiering exclusively on Hallmark Channel on Sunday, November 28, at 6 pm EST. Hallmark is available on various online platforms such as Hallmark TV, iTunes, VUDU, Google Play, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Xbox, Samsung Smart TVs, Apple TV, Roku, and Amazon Fire TV.

If you are based out of the US, then you might need a VPN to watch the movie.

What is ‘Christmas in Tahoe’ all about?

The official synopsis reads, “Follows Claire, an aspiring talent booker, as feelings come back between her and her boyfriend after looking for his help to be her big act at her family's hotel and casino, and realize they may need each other more than they remembered.”

Who stars in the upcoming Hallmark Christmas movie?

‘Christmas in Tahoe’ will feature Laura Osnes as Claire, the female lead, while Kyle Selig will be portraying the character of Ryan. On the other hand, singer-turned-songwriter Pat Monahan will also be making an appearance in the movie and playing Jackson.

The talented actress-turned-singer beggar her professional career in 2012 with the Television series ‘City of Dreams’ and also played a minor role on the show ‘Elementary’. Since then, she has played minor roles in shows like ‘Fosse/Verdon’, ‘The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel’ and ‘A Capitol Fourth’.

‘Christmas in Tahoe’ will be Osnes’ fourth movie with Hallmark and fans absolutely adore her. Her first Hallmark movie came in 2019 and it was titled ‘In the Key of Love’ and went on to star in ‘A Homecoming for the Holidays’.



 

The rest of the cast includes Rebecca Staab as Dorothy Rhodes, Paul McGillion as Archie, Neil Webb as Alistair, and Danielle Butlin as Beth.

Creators

The movie is being directed by Robert Lieberman while Stephanie Jackson, Zach Lewis, and Nina Weinman have penned the screenplay for the upcoming film. On the other hand, notable personalities such as Kim Arnott, Ivan Hayden, Dawn Knight, and Pat Monahan serve as executive producers.
