‘Chokehold’ on Netflix: Release date and how to watch mystery thriller
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Netflix's upcoming mystery and thriller drama 'Chokehold' (also known as ‘Boga Boga’) is about a couple from Istanbul who finds refuge and eventually tries to settle in an Aegean village. However, they eventually realize that people do not wish to accept them as part of their community and they are surrounded by enemies.
Onur Saylak directed the Turkish thriller, which was written by Hakan Gunday and produced by Ay Yapm. The mystery movie will have its world premiere at the 42nd Istanbul Film Festival, which will be held from April 7 to 18, 2023. The thriller was also selected to compete in the National Competition section of the festival. Kıvanç Tatlıtuğ and Funda Eryiğit star in the movie.
