Netflix renews 'YOU' for the FIFTH and FINAL season
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Joe Goldberg will be BACK for one final adventure. Yes, you heard it right. After an enthralling fourth edition, Netflix has finally greenlit the psychological thriller 'YOU' for a fifth edition that will also serve as the final one.
The streaming platform confirmed the news of the final edition with an epic teaser trailer featuring clips from the first four seasons. The clip features Penn Badgley's Joe Goldberg saying 'Hello' in his own unique style and concludes with 'GOODBYE, YOU'. The final season will premiere on Netflix in 2024.

Season 4 saw Joe Goldberg starting a new life in London as an English teacher at a university. However, his life changes when he meets a group of rich and affluent people who makes him feel like he will never be as good as them. The entire fourth edition featured Joe trying to find who is stalking him. The season ended with a massive twist that featured Joe doing what he does best: stalking and murdering people.
Season 4 concluded with Joe starting a new life with Kate, who has taken over her father’s company in New York. He is back to his previous haircut and looks. The beard is gone and he is here to help Kate in helping and changing the world.
All four seasons of 'YOU' are premiering on Netflix.
