Episode 13 sees Bull (Michael Weatherly) being approached by an army friend Colonel Victor (Lou Diamond Phillips) who is also a therapist about defending a soldier who is pleading guilty to killing his best friend who is also a soldier. We saw the military man grapple with PTSD after serving in multiple tours in Iraq and Afghanistan which causes him to have panic attacks, blackouts, and more. Turns out he was trying to defend his friend who was also secretly suffering from PTSD and who ended up killing himself to escape it all.
