Whenever the charter guests on 'Below Deck' get drunk, you can always be sure that there will be plenty of drama and chaos. After a surprisingly smooth first charter of the season with Nikki Foster, My Seanna's crew was eagerly looking forward to welcoming their second group of guests aboard the luxury superyacht.

The second group was chartered by Michael Durham, a  Seattle-based realtor. He was accompanied by his colleagues- Justin Richards, Sean, and Terri Augustyn. The group was looking to have a wild vacation. They made it very clear that everybody in the group was an ardent bourbon connoisseur, so the crew was expected to ensure that there would be an unlimited supply of bourbon flowing around all the time. The group stepped onto the yacht already drunk, and by dinner time there was plenty of drama and fights amongst the group members- especially Terri and Justin. The duo hurled abuses at each other and even threats were exchanged by the end of the night. Things got so tense that the crew had to intervene to ensure that both Justin and Terri were safe and left the yacht in one piece. If you're curious to know more about Terri and their fight, then read on.

Who is charter guest Terri on 'Below Deck'?

Terri is a realtor with Keller Williams. According to her LinkedIn profile, Terri is a Director of Operations at 360 Investment Real Estate, where she specializes in Commercial and Luxury Real Estate. She is also the CEO of Engaged Real Estate, which was formed in 2016 within Keller Williams to help families relocate. On the Engaged Real Estate website, Terri shared, "I formed Engaged Real Estate within Keller Williams to help families relocate. I have relocated my family domestically and internationally. The stresses that accompany moving from one country to another or to another state are many, but hiring a real estate agent who knows all about these stresses and how to alleviate them can make the relocation a smooth, even enjoyable experience. Moving a pet? I have experience in moving two dogs both domestically and internationally. Feel free to call me to discuss any concerns...any time. This is about more than real estate. It is about your life and your dreams."

"I chose to work within Keller Williams Realty because they take a different approach to real estate, one that is built on personal touches, win-win deals, and positive results.
I utilize the latest technologies, market research and business strategies to exceed your expectations. More importantly, we listen and that means we find solutions that are tailored to you," she adds.

Terri joined her colleagues for a fun vacation aboard My Seanna cruising on the picturesque waters of St. Kitts. She wasted no time in getting drunk but managed to maintain her composure most of the time. Things however got ugly during dinner time, when she kept slurring her words and repeating herself. She tried bonding with Captain Lee Rosbach over their Florida connection. When Justin left the table in the middle of their dinner, Terri was deeply offended. So, after the dinner, she began hurling abuses at Justin for walking out on them. Justin got annoyed and retaliated by shouting abuses at her. Justin then called the crew and demanded that Terri be dropped off. When the crew asked him to explain what he meant, he clarified saying he wanted Terri to be locked away and that she shouldn't be anywhere near him. The crew immediately intervened attempting to diffuse the situation as Justin began threatening that he would throw somebody off the board. We will have to tune in next week to see how things pan out between the drunk duo.

'Below Deck' Season 9 airs every Monday at 9/8c on Bravo.
