Seventeen announce third world tour
Seventeen’s last world tour ‘Ode To You’ was pretty exciting as they toured all over Asia and USA. They were also supposed to head to Europe but it got canceled with the global lockdown in March 2020. It was still their best selling tour yet as they performed at the likes of Thunder Dome, Prudential Center and Uniter Center. The encore stage for Seventeen’s hit song ‘Very Nice’ went viral on almost every social media platform. And with the boys already making several comebacks since 2020, fans cannot wait for the live performances of the likes of ‘Left & Right’ ‘Home;Run’, ‘Gam3 Bo1’ and more.
On May 17, Seventeen announced that they would kick off their third world tour ‘Be The Sun’ at the Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul on June 25 and 26. They will then be heading to Canada on August 10 for the North American leg of the tour. They will have 10 stops in USA till September 6. However, they have mentioned that more dates are to come with fans recalling that the group’s label, Pledis had shared that Seventeen will have an arena tour in Asia and will resume their Japan Dome Tour in November which was canceled in 2020. Ticketing and venue details will be gradually revealed over the coming weeks.
‘I can’t breathe’
Fans were hyped as one tweeted, “Stop saying svt world tour i Cant Breathe.” Another made a reaction meme, “SVT BE THE SUN WORLD TOUR.” One Carat posted, “One thing svt should promise is to be healthy throughout the tour and not overexert yourself thats all I ask.” Another fan commented, “I’m so stressed out flights to usa are SO EXPENSIVE but i can’t not go i’m not letting another svt tour go by and not seeing them i’m just not i have to see them.” One fan was happy for member Joshua, “Scrolling through the venues for svt's world tour and tearing up when i see "los angeles" bc it means joshua's finally going home.”
