'DOTA: Dragon's Blood' Season 2: All you need to know about the fantasy-adventure anime

However, Netflix has done its bit by coming up with the second season of 'DOTA: Dragon's Blood.' With a cliffhanger of an ending for the first season, it's a safe bet to expect more intense events in the next one.

What is 'DOTA: Dragon's Blood' Season 2 all about?
The premise says that the show's about Davion, a Dragon Knight who becomes "embroiled in events larger than he could have ever imagined" after crossing paths with a princess on a mission and a dragon. Davion's endeavors in the first season result in the soul of Slyark entering his body. This makes Davion capable of transforming into the Eldwurm but it comes with a cost. He could lose self-control if he ends up doing so. Invoker the elf also tasks Fymryn with handing Davion over so that Terrorblade can claim Slyark's soul.
The fantasy adventure show is set in a realm filled with magic and mysticism. It is based on the multiplayer online battle arena video game 'DOTA 2.'
Who are the actors voicing the key characters?
Yuri Lowenthal
Known for lending his voice for shows such as 'Ben 10,' 'Naruto,' 'Afro Samurai,' and 'Code Geass,' Lowenthal voices Davion, a Dragon Knight whose family was massacred by dragons when he was a child. This makes him embark on a quest to make the world a safer place by slaying all dragons.
Other artists involved in the project are Lara Pulver, Tony Todd, Josh Keaton, Kari Wahlgren, Alix Wilton Regan, Freya Tingley, Stephanie Jacobsen and JB Blanc.
Showrunners
The show is created by Ashley Miller who is best known for working on 'Thor' and 'X Men: First Class'. The screenplay is the result of the joint efforts of Miller, Steven Melching, Ashley Halloran , Mitch Iverson and Amy Chu.
