PASADENA, CALIFORNIA: In the quarterfinals of 'America's Got Talent' Season 19, the student dance troupe from Los Osos High School aimed to elevate their performance by incorporating more complex tricks and choreography.

This change came after receiving sharp criticism from judge Howie Mandel during their audition phase. Howie had dismissed them, expressing his dissatisfaction and stating he was waiting for a standout move that never materialized. The group managed to advance only because the other three judges voted in their favor.

Despite their efforts, nothing seemed to work with Howie during quarterfinals as well. He remained unimpressed by the dance group, likening them to a good halftime show but stating they weren't ready for 'America's Got Talent.'

The kids felt a bit disappointed by his feedback, but they didn't respond negatively. Instead, they expressed their commitment to working even harder to deliver an outstanding performance in the future.

Over the years, the stage of 'America's Got Talent' has been graced by numerous awe-inspiring dance performances that have left both the judges and audiences utterly amazed and speechless, in the best possible way.

When it comes to Los Osos High School, this dance squad has certainly shown potential, but they currently lack a unique element that could set them apart from the myriad of other acts. Observing their journey from the auditions to the quarterfinals, it is clear that they have made commendable progress, however, there remains considerable room for further improvement.

At this point in time, the student dance team does not seem fully prepared for a grand platform like 'America's Got Talent.' With additional practice, enhanced skills, and more innovative choreography, they could potentially evolve and return one hundred percent ready for the NBC show, which features some exceptionally strong dance teams.

'AGT' Season 19 dance group Los Osos High School lacks 'unique versatility'

The dance group from Los Osos High School, featured on Season 19 of 'America's Got Talent,' falls short in demonstrating a wide range of unique versatility. While their performances on the show have shown some progression, they still fall short in terms of originality.

It seems like the group tends to rely on a set of repetitive moves that appear in each of their routines. Although their performances are undeniably high-energy, the choreography itself leaves much to be desired. There's a significant opportunity for the group to experiment with new dance moves and introduce something fresh and innovative to their routines.

Simon Cowell, a judge on 'America's Got Talent,' showered Los Osos High School's dance routine with praise, describing it as "an event." He emphasized that their performance represented a “gigantic step up.”

The audience's enthusiastic cheers almost completely drowned out Heidi Klum's voice as she expressed her excitement by saying she was "here for it." Sofia Vergara's comments were entirely lost in the uproarious applause from the crowd.
