'AGT' Season 19: Watch Heidi Klum interrupt judges to give 9-year-old Pranysqa Mishra her second Golden Buzzer
PASADENA, CALIFORNIA: Season 19 of 'America's Got Talent' seems to be "the season of the cool kids," according to judge Sofía Vergara, who made this observation early on July 2. During the course of the night, Pranysqa Mishra, a 9-year-old vocalist from Tampa, Florida, proved what she said.
Pranysqa's immense voice caught everyone off guard during her performance of Tina Turner's "River Deep Mountain High," earning her Heidi Klum's second Golden Buzzer of the season.

"Oh, my gosh, I did not expect that," Heidi said.
"We expect a lot of things, but I did not expect that. And you know what I’m going to do now because I honestly don’t want to hear what Howie, Sofia, and Simon have to say. I want you to call your grandmother and say that Heidi Klum pushed the Golden Buzzer for you."
And she actually did that. Pranysqa was overcome when Heidi came on stage to give her a hug.
In fact, when host Terry Crews asked her how she felt, she was too overwhelmed to talk.
Heidi then took up the slack and said, "Congratulations. You deserve it. You were absolutely incredible."
They then made a call to Pranysqa's grandma backstage.
"She did really well," Heidi informed her. "She got my Golden Buzzer."
A Golden Buzzer and more should go to someone who can capture that level of emotion on stage in only one minute. Pranysqa said she was both afraid and excited to be on the "biggest stage in the world" in response to Heidi's question.
She received a standing ovation for her confident performance of the song, proving that fear cannot stop a person. Pranysqa shook and started sobbing happy tears as the golden confetti showered down on her, obviously shocked that she had won the "GB."
Her family joined her on stage for a round of hugs, tears streaming down their faces. Her contagious smiles were evident.
After that, Pranysqa and Heidi FaceTimed her grandmother to break the amazing news, and she started weeping too.

Pranysqa has a soulful, R&B voice that is unmatched. The remarkably strong vocal and self-assured 9-year-old girl captivated the 'AGT' judges with her whispery yet captivating voice.
The Tampa, Florida, girl seemed anxious when she took the stage, dressed in a ruffled dress and a bow, calling herself "an angel", as Simon Cowell jokingly put it, until she shocked everyone by slaying a Tina song with the fierce sassiness of a rock star.
In a backstage interview, she remarked, "I'll be really nervous of Simon because, like, if somebody makes a little mistake…," to which her little sister interjected, pushing her to go for the "GB." Her parents were present as well, supporting their musical prodigy.
The elementary school student performed a unique performance of 'River Deep Mountain High' for the judges. Just so you know, we've never seen Heidi slaying at the judge's table quite like that before.
Sofia even exclaimed, "Bravo!" following the performance. Thanks to Tina's voice, the 1966 record, which is largely considered one of the greatest songs of all time, is a musical masterwork.
Any timidity vanished the moment Pranysqa sang, 'Baby, baby, baby', with fearlessness. She listed Whitney Houston and Aretha Franklin as her all-time favorites, in addition to Tina.

Since she can remember, Pranysqa has been passionate about singing. In the short time she has been singing, she has sung national anthems for major league teams in the NBA, NHL, MLB, and other sports.
"I always just love singing. It makes me feel happy." She enthusiastically said, "Even when I was four years old, I would pretend that I have a microphone, and I would sing like I’m singing to the whole world,” she said.
Pranysqa calls her grandmother right away following her 'AGT' performance, her primary source of inspiration and the motivation behind her thriving career.
She remarked before the audition, "My grandma always tells me to sing my heart out and that one day I would have a big stage. My dream is coming true. I can’t believe it."
Who is Pranysqa Mishra on 'AGT' Season 19?
Nine-year-old singer Pranysqa was born in Canada but immigrated to the United States early in order to pursue her musical career. She began doing professional performances in 2021 after relocating to the United States.
Her website states that she has sung the National Anthem for several major sports teams over her musical career. The NBA, MLB, NHL, MLS, USL, NCAA, and CFL are among these clubs.
The LA Lakers, Florida Panthers, Miami Heat, Miami Marlins, Inter Miami CF, Washington Wizards, Ticats, and other clubs are among those mentioned on her website. Pranysqa sang an Idina Menzel song for "a few hundred people" when she was just five years old.
Pranysqa's parents discovered during this performance that she genuinely had a gift. Ever since, Pranysqa's sole focus has been music.
Pranysqa has performed the National Anthem, been on American and Canadian television, and gone viral on social media. Pranysqa has also starred as a child star on the World Stage of the Apollo Theatre in New York and in a number of Broadway musicals.
