Contains speculations and spoilers for 'Agatha: All Along'

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Marvel has finally given us a glimpse of the upcoming mini-series 'Agatha: All Along' with its first teaser trailer, which is packed with hints about what's in store for Agatha Harkness, who's still under Wanda Maximoff's spell from 'WandaVision'. The series, premiering on September 18, picks up where 'WandaVision' left off and explores Agatha's journey after the Scarlet Witch's apparent death in 'Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness'.

Many fans are wondering why Marvel is telling this story, but the trailer offers some clues. We've gathered the biggest Easter eggs, story reveals, and possible plot spoilers. From new characters on Agatha's journey down the Witches' Road to major MCU implications, here are 5 key moments we expect in 'Agatha: All Along.'

1) Castle Doom

'Agatha: All Along' is setting the stage for a mysterious storyline similar to 'WandaVision'. The sneak peek doesn't reveal too much, but it does deliver some spine-tingling horror moments.

Now, let's propose a wild idea: could the castle in the trailer be Castle Doom? In the comics, Doctor Doom has a history with magic, and he even took in a memory-loss-stricken Scarlet Witch as his wife after 'House of M'.

Maybe Marvel will adapt 'The Children's Crusade' storyline, where a Multiverse version of Doctor Doom is trapped at the end of the Witches' Road after being defeated by the Fantastic Four. It's a long shot, but it's an exciting possibility to consider!

2) The Salem's Seven

In the comics, Salem's Seven are a group of superhumans with magical powers, all sharing the same father, Nicholas Scratch. What's more, their grandmother is none other than Agatha Harkness, making them her grandchildren.

It's been reported that Nicholas Scratch will appear in 'Agatha: All Along', and that the descendants of the witches Agatha killed in the 'WandaVision' flashback will seek revenge.

Things take an intriguing turn with a shot of Aubrey Plaza's character, Rio, dressed all in black. This suggests she might be a member of Salem's Seven or hide among them at some point. Either way, her trustworthiness is questionable, adding another layer of mystery to the story.

3) The Witches' Road

In the comics, the Scarlet Witch traveled down the Witches' Road to repair witchcraft. Similarly, Agatha must gather a coven to embark on this dangerous journey in 'Agatha: All Along', aiming to reclaim the powers Wanda took from her. All indications suggest that the series will explore a new facet of the MCU.

We think that Agatha will find Wanda at the end of the Witches' Road. This could explain Billy's presence and possibly reveal where Wanda went after destroying Mount Wundagore and all Multiverse copies of the Darkhold in a flash of red.

Noticeably, the hands wrapping around the tree resemble Wanda's, hinting that she'll be a haunting presence throughout Agatha's journey.

4) Wiccan

Although Joe Locke's character is only referred to as 'Teen' in official materials, we have strong reasons to believe he's actually Billy Kaplan, aka Wiccan/Billy Maximoff. In the trailer's final scene, he wears clothing that pays homage to Wiccan's superhero suit, and his magical powers are evident since Agatha has recruited him into her coven.

This hints at a significant impact on the wider MCU, especially considering Billy's connection to 'WandaVision'. Moreover, Agatha has also enlisted Mrs. Hart/Sharon Davis (Debra Jo Rupp) and David A. Payton's 'Herb', the cop Agatha interacts with in her detective form.

The inclusion of Billy brings us closer to the on-screen assembly of the Young Avengers, making 'Agatha: All Along' a pivotal series in the MCU's future.

5) Uncovering Billy's mysterious past

The most captivating moment in the 'Agatha: All Along' trailer is a scene that stands out from the rest. Agatha and Billy are in a high-tech facility, where Agatha may be unlocking something in Billy's mind.

This raises a few questions. Is she freeing him from a prison designed to hold his vast magical powers, or is she restoring his memories of his mother, Wanda?

Billy's past is shrouded in mystery, especially after his disappearance during the Hex and his reincarnation as a teenager - a plot twist that, in the comics, involves the character Mephisto, who some fans believe was secretly manipulating events in 'WandaVision'.
