'RHOA' stars Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have been desperate to sell their Georgia mansion before the foreclosure to pay their loans and recently slashed the place's price again. Kroy and Kim recently asked Truist Bank to delay foreclosing on the property while they try to find a buyer.
However, the bank made it clear that if Kim and Kroy failed to sell their mansion by August 26, 2024, the bank would resume foreclosing. According to Realtor.com, the price of the mansion has dropped by $300,000, and potential buyers can now purchase the seven-bedroom property for $4.2 million.
