Broke 'RHOA' twosome Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann may have just managed to save their Georgia mansion
ATLANTA, GEORGIA: The 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star Kim Zolciak and her ex-husband Kroy Biermann have found a bit of relief in their Georgia mansion's foreclosure drama amid financial woes. The couple has landed on an agreement with the Truist Bank to delay the foreclosure.
According to the court documents obtained by TMZ, Truist Bank has agreed to hold the foreclosure proceedings for the next 90 days. Kim and Kroy now have three months to sell their property without any bank trouble. The Bravo show ex-couple has received their last and final chance to sell their $4.5 million Georgia home.
However, Truist Bank would resume their foreclosure proceedings if the estranged couple failed to sell the place and pay back the bank by August 26. Additionally, if 'RHOA' ex-couple Kim and Kroy fail to pay back the bank's $1.65 million loan in time, they would not be allowed to 'hinder or prevent a foreclosure'.
Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann ordered to 'stay away'
Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have been in the middle of the dramatic divorce but they are still living under one roof. However, the court has recently issued a closet schedule and ordered the duo to 'stay away' from each other after Kim called 911 claiming Kroy had seized her phone.
According to the motion obtained by Page Six, the court has shared a detailed schedule for Kim's access to the master bedroom walk-in closet, delineating specific hours during which she can enter the Fspace without interference from Kroy. The document reads, "Kim can enter the master bedroom walk-in closet Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., during which Kroy shall not access or enter the space."
Kim Zolciak melts down after calling police at family home
'RHOA' star Kim Zolciak recently broke down after Kroy Biermann allegedly stole her phone. The reality star called the cops to their family home for a domestic disturbance. Kim claimed that Kroy took her cell phone and locked himself in the master bedroom, which is the room he currently resides in.
The police's body cam footage from late April was recently obtained by TMZ. Kim complained about their "horrible divorce" and alleged that Kroy had been going through her personal items. She told the police, "This is absolutely absurd that I have to deal with this nonsense."
The Bravo show star added, "I deal with it every single day. Screaming all day. Yelling all day. Losing his mind all day. Taking my belongings. It’s just, enough is enough."
