It looks like we are getting more Marvel and K-pop crumbs as days pass by. We first had GOT7’s Mark attending the premiere of ‘Shang-Chi’ and also lending his voice for the OST along with other Korean singers like BIBI and DPR Ian. And now, on May 2, none other than The Rose’s Woosung made a surprising red carpet appearance at the LA premiere of ‘Dr Strange in the Multiverse of Madness’.

After Dr Strange’s first solo film and appearances in other MCU projects and TV shows, we finally got ‘Dr Strange 2’. But it looks like May 2 was a good day for K-pop fans too. While NCT’s Johnny made his Met Gala debut, on the same day Woosung of the K-pop band The Rose was walking the red carpet for ‘Dr Strange 2’. The idol was in USA as he was touring along with the K-pop group Epik High. He was also seen having fun at Coachella where Epik High became the first K-pop act to be invited not once but twice to the music festival.

The Rose’s Woosung attends ‘Dr Strange 2’ LA premiere

Woosung first teased fans by sharing a photo of his outfit which was embroidered with a rose as a tribute to his K-pop band. Fans were then pleasantly surprised as we later saw him in that outfit for the red carpet of ‘Dr Strange 2’. It has been a while since we saw The Rose since they are in their military era as all of the eligible Korean members enlisted in late 2020. However, LA-born Woosung has been active as a soloist as he released his first solo studio album in December 2021 and is set to drop his second mini-album ‘Moth’ on May 13, 2022.

'Insane'

At the same time, Woosung had also teased that he would be heading to South Korea soon after the members were discharged and they would be coming back in late 2022. Fans were excited over Woosung’s appearance at the Marvel premiere. One fan tweeted, “Breathtaking... i swear he is the most beautiful ever LOOK AT THIS SMILE?? I am so inlove w you sir.” Another commented, “Stop he looks amazing.” One fan posted, “Woosung's visual is insane.” A Black Rose posted, “This man commanded me to bark TWICE tonight.” Another fan added, “Yall dont understand woosung saying he will be back soon and then just after an hr sharing pictures of him getting ready and his outfits while on work is the most wholesome thing ever😭 he's so busy but he takes time for us. i just love this man.”
